PHASES OF PRODUCTION

Prototype

This is one of the most important phases from which footwear design comes to life.
The style office team designs the design, which includes the upper, insole and sole. Once the design phase is over, the first samples are produced.

Cutting

After a careful choice of the leathers to be used, each component of the shoe is cut through sophisticated machinery suitable for the specific cut of each model.
All this is possible thanks to the experience of the cutting technicians.

Binding

It is time to move on to the assembly of all the components that are part of the upper which in turn will make up the style of the shoe.
This is done through hand or machine techniques.

Assembly and Fixing

Once the upper is assembled, production continues on the assembly line. The upper is fixed to the insole and to the last and is subsequently passed into an oven that dries the leather and glues. We then move on to the pre-gluing phase and apply the sole. By means of a press, the maximum grip of the glues is guaranteed and the next finishing phase is carried out, where the shoe is cleaned of processing residues.

Packaging

This is the last phase where the shoes are packed and ready to be shipped to the customer.
