PHASES OF PRODUCTION

Prototype

The design phase is the beating heart of every creation.
Within the style office, our creative team develops the complete design of each shoe, meticulously defining the upper, insole, and sole.
Every element is carefully studied to ensure aesthetic harmony, functionality, and comfort.

Once the design process is complete, the first prototypes are produced essential for evaluating proportions, materials, and construction details.
It is in this moment that the idea takes shape and begins its journey toward becoming a collection.

Cutting: Where Craftsmanship Meets Precision

Following a meticulous selection of leathers chosen for their softness, durability, and aesthetic quality each component of the shoe is precisely cut.
This phase is carried out using highly specialized machinery, calibrated to ensure maximum accuracy according to the specific features of each design.
Overseeing the process are expert cutting technicians, professionals who blend artisanal expertise with technological mastery, guaranteeing flawless execution down to the finest detail

Binding

At this stage, all components that form the upper are meticulously joined to shape the shoe’s stylistic identity.
Assembly is carried out using both manual and mechanical techniques, carefully selected according to the complexity of the design and the materials employed.
Every stitch, every detail is the result of attentive, meticulous craftsmanshipensuring not only aesthetic harmony and stylistic coherence, but also durability and comfort.

ASSEMBLY AND LASTING

After the upper is assembled, production continues along the lasting line, where the shoe takes its final shape.
The upper is applied to the insole and positioned on the last, then placed in an oven to ensure optimal drying of both leathers and adhesives.

This is followed by the pre-bonding phase and the application of the sole, which is secured using a press to guarantee perfect and long-lasting adhesion.
Finally, the finishing stage begins: each shoe is meticulously refined and cleaned of any production residues, ensuring an impeccable result from every perspective.

PACKAGING

The final stage of the production process is dedicated to packaging, where each shoe is carefully inspected, protected, and prepared to ensure it reaches the customer in impeccable condition.
Every model is placed in custom-designed packaging, created to enhance the product and reflect the brand’s identity, with attention to both aesthetics and sustainability.
Once preparation is complete, the shoes are ready for shipment delivered to clients and partners across Italy and around the world with punctuality, safety, and style.
