Personal data will be processed using the operations defined in Art. 4, no. 2) of the GDPR, for the purposes mentioned above, on paper and electronically, using automated tools, in compliance with current legislation, particularly regarding confidentiality and security, and in accordance with principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of the data subject’s rights.
Processing is carried out directly by the Data Controller’s organization, its processors, and/or authorized personnel.
Data Communication and Disclosure
Your personal data may be communicated, within the limits strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks, and purposes mentioned above and in compliance with applicable legislation, to the following categories of recipients:

Data Retention Period
Personal data will be retained for the entire duration of the contract entered into with the Controller. Once the contract ends, data will be retained for the period required by law for administrative documentation, after which it will be deleted.
Data Transfer
Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. However, if necessary, the Controller reserves the right to relocate servers outside the EU. In such cases, the Controller guarantees that any data transfer outside the EU will comply with applicable legal provisions, including the adoption of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
